Join Cantabile’s Men’s & Women’s Choruses for Evensong at St. George’s Cathedral

Beautiful music on a Sunday afternoon, including Charles Stanford’s Psalm 150, the Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis by T. Tertius Nobel, and Hail, Gladdening Night in the glorious setting of St. George’s Cathedral and accompanied by Michael Capon, organ.

Inspiring Women
An evening at The Isabel celebrating the achievements of women from Queen’s University and in the community.

The Cantabile Women’s Chorus will perform ‘Hark! I Heard the Harps Eternal’, (arr. Alice Parker), ‘Here in My Heart’ by Canadian composer Sarah Quartel, the stirring ‘Warrior’ by Kim Baryluk, another Canadian, and a gospel classic, ‘Stand Upon the Rock’ arranged by Cantabile Honorary Patron and acclaimed conductor/composer Rollo Dilworth.
Also on the programme, Kristin Cochrane, CEO of Penguin Random House, Kris & Dee and poets Alyssa Cooper and Linda Stitt.
