Cantabile Choirs is committed to removing financial barriers so that every singer can participate in our programs. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we provide over $20,000 in financial aid each season.

No family should hesitate to apply. Our financial aid program exists because we believe every singer deserves the opportunity to learn, perform and belong.

Who Can Apply?

Families with financial need, including:

• Households with limited income or high expenses

• Newcomer families adjusting to life in Canada

• Single-income or single-parent households

• Families experiencing temporary financial difficulty (job loss, illness, etc.)

If cost is a concern, you are eligible to apply.

What Does a Bursary Cover?

Bursaries may assist with:

• Full or partial membership fees

• Uniform costs

• Other participation-related expenses

Support amounts vary based on need and available funds.

How to Apply

Step 1: Register or audition for the Cantabile program of your choice.

Step 2: Complete the confidential financial aid application form, which will be provided during the registration process.

Step 3: The Artistic-Executive Director will review your application and may reach out to discuss your circumstances and how we can best support your family’s participation.

All applications are handled with discretion and respect. Any financial information collected will be strictly confidential.
