Anne-Lorraine Molloy

Assistant for Junior and Children’s Choirs

Anne-Lorraine is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and holds a BAMus. majoring in voice. She also holds a Masters in Education from the University of Victoria.

Anne-Lorraine has been with the Women’s Chorus and assistant with the Junior and Children’s Choirs for 22 years. She began her teaching career as a music specialist and taught in Nfld , Manitoba , British Columbia and Ontario . Anne-Lorriane was also a Suzuki clinician with the Kingston Suzuki Institute and Bermuda Suzuki Institute.

Anne-Lorraine’s teaching career included developing and teaching music education programs with an emphasis on Orff and Kodaly techniques for Montessori schools, as well as public and private elementary schools. She also developed programs for community college students in Early Childhood Education . Anne-Lorraine was on the Faculty of Music Education at University of Victoria and Queen’s University.
