This fundraising gala brings our community together in a night of artistry and generosity to help provide affordable music education for children and youth.

  • 7:00pm – Candlelit three-course dinner with a curated program of opera, art song, and cabaret classics

What dinner selections are offered?

Appetizer: 

Baby Arugula and Beet Salad with Parmesan and Balsamic Dressing 

Dinner: 

Option One: Balsamic Cranberry Chicken Supreme
Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Wing Bone, Braised with Balsamic Cranberry Pan Jus, Sweet Potato Yukon Cheddar Mash, Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Brussels Sprouts 

Option Two: Mediterranean Salmon
Mediterranean Salmon with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus in a Lemon and Olive Oil Sauce 

Vegetarian Option:

How will I let Cantabile know my dinner choices?

We will follow up with all ticket holders to request dinner selections.

How will tables/seating be assigned? What if we would like to sit with a group?

Seating will be assigned to specific tables. If you have a large group, you can reserve a full table of 8 to ensure you are able to sit as a group at the same table. We will also follow up with all ticket holders to request table seating preferences. We’ll do our best to ensure we accommodate as many requests as possible.
